Cinelli Vai Seatpost

This Cinelli seatpost is clearly well made. I needed to find a seat post to replace my carbon post that I had damaged from overtightening. So I looked at a number of different posts that would be a useful replacement.The seatpost is made of aluminium - but due to the higher quality of the material it feels strong as well as light. This was important to me when moving from a carbon seatpost.The seatpost allows a range of angles to mount the saddle on, which more than met my requirements. It is also held on by two bolts so feels very secure when putting the saddle onto the post.

The product failed (in the second month after purchase) and there doesn’t appear to be any product support or warranty available.

Excellent quality and very well made.

It's a great seat post, I just received one that had imperfections and since the threads didn't align, it stripped and become completely useless. I'm sure if I force it, it will do the job, but I won't be able to unscrew it without needing to replace it.

I needed this to reduce the saddle hight on my MTB. I needed to cut it down a bit so no returns! nice paintwork and pattern looks really good easy seat position adjustments.

If you have one of those old-style seat posts on which your seat often slides back at an angle, then this will solve your problem.

It is well made however did not fit the purpose for my bicycle had to return.
