Great quality. Wish they had directions. Had to go on YouTube for installation instructions. Can’t use Touch ID. No experience prior to this. Came with screen protector as well. Son has been using for a month with no issues.

It was great no issues installing it it has everything you need price was worth it would purchase again if needed.

This DATTON iPad 9th generation screen replacement kit contained what we needed, however there were no instructions. As this is not an intuitive process, it was a little annoying to have to go online to several different sites to make sure we were doing it correctly. We finished the task, but it took way longer than it should have.

This is an excellent repair kit for your ipad. It comes with all the tools you'll need, as well as a screen protector to put on the replacement screen. The included screen installs easily and works as well as the factory screen as far as I can tell. It all comes in a nice, sturdy box, so there are no concerns about receiving it damaged.

My daughter dropped her iPad and broke the screen. As a result of the brake the old screen was VERY VERY difficult to remove. The directions with this screen seem to imply the screen stopped functioning... but removing a broken screen is far more difficult.The part that cost a star is the fact that I had to modify my old screen and this new screen to support touchID. This is NOT a direct replacement, you do need to take time to remove the button from both old and new, and get the button onto the new screen. This took almost 30 minutes for me to do because I was afraid I would end up breaking both the TouchID button and the regular button that comes with this "replacement". I also can't seem to get the new screen to sit completely flush with the bezel on the iPad. I think this is my failure, but I can't take it back apart without risking making everything worse.Having said that, it does seem to work and it is better than having a broken screen. Overall, with limited experience in this type of task... I think I spent over 2 hours. I really wish I'd just taken the iPad somewhere and paid for professional replacement.

They came with very good tool. It did not come with any directions search on YouTube to figure out how to use it and the screen flickers. It won’t let me enter the code. He keeps flickering and putting in the wrong code, locking me out.

This is very easy to set, and easy to read from any distance. It looks nice on the counter, and works just how it should.And, it uses AAA batteries, so you don't have to go searching every store for some obscure button battery that no one carries.
