Product is good but when you install in car seat your neck won't rest on it. Still space will be there from this to your neck gap

Hard in the beginning, then settles in.
For the price, it's value for money. It is very hard in beginning, but with use, iit becomes soft, like a normal cotton pillow.As for the comfort, it's good, it provides decent support to neck and allows me to relax on long drives.
