This particular brand was recommended to me by a good friend who swears by it for lifting fogginess and forgestfulness. It also comes in kosher capsules which are hard to find! The quality seems excellent so far; after taking it for a week I feel a bit more focused and I hope the health benefits are true because the quality seems great.

So, I bought this to improve my memory. There was only one person in our family,paternal grandfather, that suffered Alzheimer's disease. So when I started to have memory issues I was thinking maybe it was first symptoms of that, or possibly related to stress or other less threatening factors. I bought one product for memory and noticed no significant changes, though the natural ingredients in the gel capsule was still a nutritional plus. I tried this because in the past I had awesome results when healing an abscess tooth and using a Natures Way combination that included a mushroom property. That experience led me to try this. In a week I noticed I could keep things straight in my memory when working a very chaotic day. Now in these some three weeks later, I can recall even more when before I could remember things, it just wasn't easy to bring a name or specific detail to mind without effort. This is just the first bottle I've tried but it won't be the last.

A soft version of caffeine but only lasts for short period didn't notice any side effects for single dosing.
