I’ve been taking this Zazzee USDA Organic Vitex for a while and really like it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s organic and doesn’t have a lot of extra fillers. I mainly use it for gentle hormone support, and I feel like my cycle and mood have been a bit more balanced. Of course everyone’s body is different, but for me it’s been a good addition to my routine and the bottle lasts a long time.

I researched this after having trouble conceiving after many years taking hormonal birth control pills and being slightly older myself (36). I took one Vitex in the morning along with two Maca extracts (Peruvian ginseng) and after one month taking it, the next month I conceived. I continued to take the maca and Vitex for the first two months of pregnancy then stopped taking it throughout the remainder of pregnancy. My son is six weeks old now and I plan to resume taking it once I stop breastfeeding to rest my hormones and try to have my second baby! If you worry you are infertile and have trouble conceiving, highly recommend trying this Vitex before you go to a Md for fertility treatments. In my case my hormones were just out of whack and they only needed the few $ I spent on these and maybe $20 more on maca. I never noticed any side effects from taking this (beyond the intended pregnancy side effect) but the Maca is energizing so be sure to take that one in the morning. I'm in the life phase where my hormones are starting to change. This product helps keep away the crazy headaches that I have around my cycle.

I started using this, and at first it was working perfectly. I stopped because I had side effects, then it made my cycles more unusual than it was. It has to be taken consistently.

Until till last two months.. After i started taking these I never had cramps and my periods were so easy. I have been using it for more than 6 months and it's amazing , helped me with the mood swings in btw the cycle.. cramps and all. But the last bottle , I feel it different. The capsules looked little pale. And though I'm taking these, I feel my cramps are again getting worse for past 2 months. So not sure if something changed. I'll ry another brand and see if it's just the quality issue with this.. or maybe just the last bath which I got.

I got this because I was trying to conceive, and my periods were irregular. I had about three months of trying. I think I even had a chemical pregnancy once where I felt like I was pregnant, but I was not testing positive because my hormones were just all over the place.I noticed three irregular cycles and then I did some research and found this product and I started taking it around February 7 of 2026 after that I had a regular period in March and today is April 6 and I have a positive pregnancy test. I know it’s not for everyone, but before I finished one bottle, I got pregnant. I’m 40. Enjoying the baby move right now and due in August! Pray for me!

Tenia un desorden con mi ciclo y me recomendo mi ginecologa tamar el vitex, tengo casi 2 meses usandolo ya me compre el segundo frasco, me ha servido muy bien ya me regularizo, estaba tomando otras vitex de otra marca pero no me funcionaban y vi estas con la dosis más alta y organicos y quise probarlas, estoy feliz con este producto.

Mi nutriólogo lo suplementó para regular mis altos niveles de prolactina, hipotiroidismo y SOP, me ha ayudado mucho en toda mi salud hormonal. Lo he tomado durante el periodo menstrual sin suspensión y no aumentó o disminuyó mi sangrado, pero si tienes problemas con flujo muy abundante revísalo bien pues he visto comentarios de que aumenta el flujo.
