Hat Stretcher - Adjustable Turnbuckle & Colors for Fitted Hats

It works! Stetson has been terribly inconsistent in hat sizing for us, so this stretcher has really helped out. You have to leave it in place for a few days, but it does work!

I have a large head and often have problems with hats or helmets fitting correctly. I would always try to use random items to stretch my hats into shape. I came across this stretcher specifically made for this purpose and I am impressed! It works great and is really good quality. I mist the outer band of the hat with water and then stretch. Let it sit while it's drying, when you remove the stretcher the hat is a perfect fit. Highly recommended... Thanks!

This is a really great solution for all my bucket hats that couldn’t fit anymore. By using this tool and some steam i was able to expand my bucket hats with ease and save soo much money ! The stretcher is affordable, good quality, easy to use and can stretch pretty well! I would not hesitate to purchase it!

I like this one, but would recommend to get the stretcher that also stretches the sides too and not just each end.

I bought a Panama hat for a summer wedding, but the size was just too small. Found this item and ordered it, thinking that even if it didn't work well, it was not too expensive. The good news is that it also works great and expanded the hat just enough for me to be as fashionable and comfortable as I can be.

I work as a service guard in an amusement park, and we wear a cap akin to a policeman's cap. The leather band was warped and the hat's shape was too round for me. I put in the hat stretcher and gave the hat a more oval shape and left it upside down outside in the sun for five hours. Now the shape is more oval, the leather band is no longer warped, and the fit of my hat is so much more than I had dreamed it could be - and all for roughly $20. I used to get a headache after wearing my hat for a whole day, now I don't and I don't get a line in my forehead either. Every night when I get off from work, I put in the hat stretcher over night. This item comes very highly recommended.

Easy to use and it works!!

It is easy enough to use. Only problem i had is it is to narrow and would require multiple positions over many applications to achieve what i am looking for.....bu overall great product

I really dig this product. It's saved my forehead from looking like I was wearing way-too-tight headband for 10hrs straight, and created a comfortable fit like some of the best fitting hats I own. I'm a 7" 1/8, and I used it to stretch a 7" hat. Recommendation: leave the hat stretcher in for a couple of days, minimum. Your hat will look stressed, and the brim will flex, but the hat stretcher is doing its job. Try it out after a couple days – if it's still not stretched enough, more days. Your hat can handle it, and your head will thank you.
