Raiden (Coffee Brown/XL) [FX-RD-MD-XL] FX MID (Japan Import)

This is my first Artisan product. I’ve been a glass player for over a year now and decided it’s time for a change. It’s still really fast while having a slight degree of control. The pas is listed as coffee brown however it is black if there isn’t too much light, which I’m fine with. The material feels.. weird. I can’t explain it. But it’s a nice silky feel. In terms of the price? I don’t think you can justify paying over 10 dollars for a mouse pad, as most people would think, but I can’t talk as I own a skypad 3 and 4. Really good pad and will be buying it again if this one ends up going slow.

Such a beautiful glide. Super high quality, and cleaning with just a microfiber cloth (no water) is typically enough to restore out-of-the box glide. I love this mousepad to death, it's great for tracking in games like apex and overwatch because the glide is smooth and consistent, with very low friction (both static and dynamic, so tracking changes in direction feels similar to a glass pad), and I personally feel like this lack of friction is a significant benefit for tac fps games like valorant or CS too, because you can easily get used to the low stopping power (which is still more stopping power than a glass pad), but the freedom of movement for micros makes holding angles and tapping a-d strafing targets much easier than something like the zowie gsr-se or the gamesense radar. I still love the artisan zero because it has both great stopping power and low static friction, giving the best of both worlds for tac fps specifically, but this mousepad is my favorite all around.

I had it for like 3 months but before this I had a artisan raiden xsoft both great mouspads. The glide is great and feels amazing i will not switch off raiden mouse pads for a very long time.

By far the best mousepad company you can spend your money on, Artisan has been a staple in the competitive esport marketplace they use high quality materials in there products and offer the best consistency on a mouse pad. The Raiden is amazing for FPS games where response times matter the most. This is a must buy if you want to level up your mousepad and in game performance.

Beautiful, great night and day with other mousepads, you forget your using it which is the highest compliment for a tool.

Pricey but worth it in my books! Much faster than any other cloth mouse pad I've used. I don't want to use a glass pad for speed due to it's texture. This pad is buttery smooth and soft. The coffee brown is brown but a very dark brown, almost black. Looks at home with my mostly black setup. Still need to learn how to properly clean this pad as it definitely gobbles up anything spilled on in.

Really great for gamer

This surface of my raiden is still great. Smooth and fast. I really like the craftsmanship of artisan pads. They're best in class and have such nice color options that are usually sold out if your not in the know. I like this a lot more than a hein as it has a rough surface and the raiden is so silky smooth. Be careful with these pads tho, especially the raiden. I wouldn't eat around it or have dirty or dust prone object near or on top of it cause it will basically get eaten up by the pad.
