these are probably the best caffeine pills you can find on the market. they're extremely strong, easy to swallow, and cheap. and they work. they give me a good burst of energy for like four+ hours, sometimes too much energy. the product delivers on what it says so it gets a 5/5. HOWEVER: 200Mg is a lot of caffeine, and caffeine has some abuse potential. if you take it too often or form a habit of taking it every day, any days without it you can have some withdrawal symptoms. i would consider the 100Mg capsules from this brand first before trying to 200Mg capsules because 200Mg is a lot of caffeine and very powerful, especially if you're going to be drinking sodas/other caffeinated beverages throughout your day that will add to your total caffeine intake. for clarity, 400Mg of caffeine a day and under is safe, so these pills fall within the range of safety, but still, taking too much unnecessarily can form habits, addiction, dependence, and withdrawal symptoms when without it, so beware and maybe start with the 100Mg capsules first. just because it's "safe" doesn't mean it's healthy. good luck and enjoy!

Legitimate product and very helpful and effective for my routine.

I've been using this product for many years. It's great for getting the sleep out of your eyes without having to drink coffee and then having to go to the bathroom all the time. The only bad thing is that Amazon cannot keep it in stock.
