We ordered the wrong toner cartridges for our Xerox printer by mistake and we thought, since we are located in the Caribbean, there was nothing we could do, as to return the two cartridges would be too costly. We were so wrong! The customer support provided by MVtoner was EXEMPLARY. They told us there was no need to return the cartridges, instead they would send, via courier, new microchips for the cartridges, at no extra cost. They were true to their word! Within a few days, the new microchips had arrived and they walked us through how to change the microchips by providing a video. The toner cartridges now work PERFECTLY. We are so thrilled with this level of customer service, we intend to only use MvToner for ALL toner purchases in the future. Thank you so much MVtoner!!!!

Can't notice any difference between this cartridge and the original Xerox cartridge. We print 2000 sheets per month and have about 5~10% page coverage. We got 9000 pages out of this cartridge. With the Xerox we get around 8000 from the original Xerox cartgridge. Quite impressed I must say! I also use the MxVol cartridges on our Canon laser printer for the past 2 years and they all work just fine.

When I inserted this spare toner cartridge, fresh out of the box, into my Xerox 3335 during a print job in which the working cartridge had run empty, my printer started making awful grinding noises. Upon close examination, the gear supposed to engage the drum was slipping. The grinding noises came from the gear teeth trying unsuccessfully to engage. Considering that if I tried any harder I may have to buy a drum replacement, too, I had to toss a full cartridge because defective. Now I have to get another, in the middle of a job. Won't buy again.

Easy to install; works great. There was no return shipping label for empty cartridge or other instructions.

This was a replacement Toner for my Xerox Phaser 3330. I choose this one for the number of sheets it is suppose to print. I am very pleased with this. It was easy to replace inside the printer.

Hello, I just wanted to follow up on my previous email to advise that when I installed the toner cartridge on Thursday Sept 21, it was ticking when I installed it and it ticked every time I printed from the Xerox printer and the print job was smudged. I do not think that this is compatible or may be it is defective. Please let me know where to go from here. Thank you,
