I'm a 58-year-old woman. Almost a year ago I was on day 37 of 75 Hard and had to stop due to intense back pain, which turned out to be two compressed disks. After spine injections and physical therapy, I'm back to working out, building up slowly. I bought Dark Matter due to the great reviews and it did NOT disappoint! I'm used to muscle soreness after working out, but basically doing nothing for almost a year I knew it was going to be intense. I have been using Dark Matter and although sore, I'm not in agony. I feel stronger, and am already seeing a physical difference in my muscles after two weeks. My husband is 54 and uses it, too. He said the same thing about DOMS being lighter and the way he feels and looks.). The consistency is a little thick like a protein shake and the taste is pretty good. We are HUGE FANS!!! Get it, you will not be sorry!

Great quality, all the ingredients you need in a post workout. I like the taste. I get fruit punch. Mixes with water, the texture is a little thick. Helps your recover. Highly effective.

It tastes great, dissolves well. And I have gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks so it really works. But it becomes thick the longer you leave it in the shaker. And if you leave it over night leaves a stench of death in your shaker.

Always loved dark matter and I’m glad I can get it on Amazon. I’ve been a longtime fan of the blue-raspberry flavor, but it’s nowhere to be found, and I gotta say the fruit punch might actually be better! Great product, helps take the edge off muscle soreness, has creatine and delivery systems for nutrients. Highly recommended

This stuff has been a great post workout for a long time and still doesn’t disappoint. MHP products help for great gains! Their stacks are well designed. Just skip up your mass protein (though it’s delicious!) unless you want to bulk up a lot. At 40 it’s the first time I’ve ever been calorie conscious while building muscle, I’m heartbroken to not be able to have cookies and cream up your mass, but belly fat is too stubborn nowadays for 1350 calories a shake. 😂 I swear by MHP products after years, decades even, of experimenting with other products and recommendations. Dark Matter is my favorite product in their line, really helps with growth and recovery.
