Rumford, Double Action Baking Powder, 8.1 oz

No aluminum. This is good baking powder, I've used it for years

My wife is a huge baker and has been using this for a couple of years now. I find that her cookies and other baked goods have been very consistent since using this product. I like that it's non-GMO project verified as well. It's a very affordable piece to add to a baker's list of must-haves. I find that it's definitely upgraded my wife's baked goods since switching to the Rumford Double Action Baking Powder

I like this brand of baking powder a lot. I have purchased it locally, but our primary grocery chain has stopped carrying it. It works very well. My pancakes and biscuits come out very light and fluffy. It does not leave a weird aftertaste in my baked goods. It has a good seal, and I appreciate the scraping edge for leveling my teaspoons that’s included in the top of the jar. It’s priced well, doesn’t cost a fortune. The best part is: it’s aluminum free!

Everyone should buy this baking powder. Works great and NO ALUMINUM!! The price is right and next day delivery. Why buy the other kind?

I've been using Rumford's Double Action Baking Powder for a bit now, mainly because I heard it doesn't include aluminum like some other brands. To be honest, I haven't noticed a huge difference in my baking results compared to other powders I've used, but it's reassuring to know it's a bit healthier without the aluminum. Everything I've baked with it – from cakes to biscuits – has turned out well. No complaints about the rise or texture. It's reliable and does its job, which is really what I'm looking for in a baking powder. The container size is also decent for the price. I'm giving it four stars because, while it's a good product and I appreciate the aluminum-free aspect, it hasn't wowed me beyond what I'd expect from any good baking powder. Still, if you're looking to avoid aluminum in your baking ingredients, Rumford is a great choice.

I’ve been using this baking powder for a few weeks now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. My cakes and muffins rise nicely, and there’s no weird aftertaste, which is a big plus. It seems fresh and effective, even after opening. On the downside, the container doesn’t seal as tightly as I’d like, so I worry about it losing potency over time. I also noticed a small clump or two, though nothing major. For everyday baking, it definitely gets the job done. I’d recommend it, just wish the packaging was a bit better designed overall.

商品は間違いないと知ってて購入 タイミングもお手頃になっていたので、価格はホント良かった。 しかし、臭い。頭痛がする。 柔軟剤？臭い。緩衝材は臭い。 商品は袋に密封「風」で入れてあるが 開けて嗅いでみたが、ビニール中も臭い。 商品は、アルミ封印してある、パウダーへの被害はまだ不明。 開封が怖い とりあえず放置して匂いを飛ばす。 だから、安かったのか？自分だけ過敏？ いや匂いすごいよ、食品添加物だよ？コレ…匂いは気を付けて頂きたい。 私だけ外れ、気にし過ぎなら良いけど。
