Strong Hold
Made of rigid plastic. I do like the "crab claw like" mechanism. I installed closet doors directly to the un-eaven 2x4's...clearly the doors did not close properly...at the end ofthe closing process, there Was some resistance. I installed these door catches, and they hold perfectly! If they hold up to daily use, then this is an EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

I've literally bought maybe 10 of these... They break often. Need someone to manufacture out of steel!

Both broke within 2 months
I needed one of these for a hidden cabinet door. The first one broke within a month. Replaced it with the other in the two-pack and it too broke within a month.
