Is there any condensation on the outside when the ice is melting?

I never noticed any. I left it sit on my counter overnight, too.

What is the size of the scoop as I need to replace the original which broke?

The scoop is 8 1/2” in length and 2 1/2” in width

the clear acrylic lid on the 4 quart ice bucket was cracked from the day I received and finally broke off. I would like find a replacement lid.

You can contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement lid. They are a California based company that can assist is getting you a new lid.

Will an ice pick damage the bottom

I haven’t used an ice pick, but I have used a butter knife to break up the ice and it did not damage it. I am well pleased with this ice bucket. I was thinking about purchasing another one to have one by my bar, and one in the kitchen.
