Relaxing Sleep Herbal Formula with Valerian Liquid Extract - 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Have used this tonic for several years off and on. Whenever I feel the need for boosting a deeper sleep, I take a dropper full of this in a mouthful of water. Taste is pretty bad, but easy to get down muxed in mouth with water, and swallow fast. No tummy disturbance at all. And it does help me get a deeper sleep. No groggy feeling in morning.

This product worked well. The other herbal sleep support product I use does not include valerian so I was curious if this one would be effective. The valerian is relaxing, I took 30 minutes before bed and could tell it was working. I trust this brand in our home to treat other issues as well!

I don't write many reviews but I when I read the many reviews that rated this low due to taste, I had to respond. Herb Pharm is a great company that produces quality products. I've been taking this particular product for as long as they've been producing it. It works. Within 20 minutes of taking it, I'm relaxed and able to fall asleep. It gives me about 4 hours straight which is really good for me. Does it taste terrible? It doesn't taste good but after the many years of consuming this product, I take it straight and then take a sip of water. No big deal. But you can certainly put it in juice if the taste is too strong for you. It's an herbal extract made with alcohol, herbs and glycerin. That's it. Nothing else. And that's what it tastes like. Certified organic, ethically sourced, produced with quality production and oversight and gluten free. I couldn't want better. It's not supposed to taste good! It's supposed to work and it does! This stuff seems to help me get sleepy. however, the taste is almost unbearable! Even diluted way down, it's pretty awful. For relief, i use straight valerian extract which is not so bad.

This works great! It's a little expensive but lasts a really long time.

Been using this tincture to help me sleep for the last year. I don’t use it every night by I use it often. I have mild to moderate insomnia and try to not have to take prescription sleep meds and I feel that having something natural and non addictive is a great alternative. It is potent tasting, but it works so I just get over the taste.
