I recently purchased this swivel recliner to replace my standard computer chair, and it has been a total game-changer for my daily life. Dealing with disabilities that cause significant back pain and leg cramps, I needed something more supportive for long periods of sitting. This chair has genuinely helped reduce the pain and swelling in my back and legs. It’s now my favorite spot for reading, movies, and even napping. Important Setup Note: When it first arrived, I found the seat a bit hard, so I added a large lounge chair cushion over the top, and now it is absolutely perfect. Also, be aware that it sits much lower than a regular computer chair—it is significantly lower than my desk. While it takes up more room than my old chair and is a bit harder to get up from because of the height, the relief it provides is worth every penny. Pros: Exceptional Pain Relief: Significant reduction in back cramps and leg swelling compared to a traditional office chair. Quality Materials: The blue PU leather looks high-end and is very easy to keep clean. Smooth Movement: The 360-degree swivel on the wood base is very stable and turns effortlessly. Integrated Footrest: Provides great leg support and tucks away to save space when you don't need it. Cons: Initial Firmness: The seat is quite firm on its own and might need an extra cushion for better comfort. Low Seating Height: Much lower than a standard desk chair, so it might not align perfectly with all workspaces. Footprint: It requires a good amount of space, especially when fully reclined. Why I gave it this rating: I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s rare to find furniture that looks this nice while functioning as a vital tool for my pain management. Even though it sits low and needed a bit of extra padding, the physical relief it provides makes it a fantastic investment.

Ok, so first let me say that this is a very sharp looking chair. Has a nice rosewood color base, the fake leather is good quality, soft and reasonably thick. The reclining action works well, and the pop-out foot rest is nice. The chair does revolve around its base, and overall is pretty comfortable. That said, there are a few things to point out. But let me first address an issue that some folks seems to have with the armrests. There is only one proper way to install the armrests. They are L shaped (imagine an inverted L) with the slim side sitting on and bolted to the chair arm pipe and the long side sitting vertically on the inside of the sitting area, with the widest side of the long side sitting at the rear. THIS IS THE ONLY CORRECT WAY TO INSTALL THE ARMRESTS. Otherwise it will likely block the footrest release on the right side of the chair. I drew a crude illustration to demonstrate but can't seem to upload it, I'll try later to add it. The chair has no height adjustment, and it sits much lower than most office chairs. Be aware of this. Also, the base has no way to add wheels to it, so unless you use a dolly or furniture sliders the chair is difficult to slide around (it does freely rotate). Finally the entire build seems a bit....loose....so I am not sure how it will hold up over time. Overall a very nice looking chair with some drawbacks depending on it's intended use.

While the sales photographs are attractive, its beauty is only skin deep. Cheaply made. Poor quality material, uncomfortable to sit in, difficult to operate.....a piece of, well, let's keep this rated G.

The seating area is pretty small, so if you are large it will be a tight fit. Probably about like an airline seat. We aren't that big so not an issue. Assembly was fairly easy. It was just a matter of screwing in some bolts. Some of the bolts were awkward to get to but not a huge issue. It's a firm chair, but in my opinion still comfortable (I could fall asleep in it). When is swivels it makes a rumbling noise. The base that the rollers run on is just plastic. The footrest comes out at an angle so all the pressure is on my ankles and none on my feet (not that comfortable). When you sit in it if the knobs are not tight enough it slowly reclines by itself. If you tighten the knobs to stop this you can't recline. It looks very nice and the quality is adequate.

I was surprised at how quickly the chair arrived after I ordered it. Arrived after 2 days but was promised in 5. Under promise over deliver? The box was badly mangled. I was concerned that the chair might have sustained damage but it was very well packaged and the chair has no visible damage at all. Assembly was super easy. I don't know how anyone messed up the arms. There's literaly a sticker on the arms to identify right from left. How anyone then installed the arms backwards is beyond me. Seems really obvious to me. The fake leather looks nice enough and is comfortable. We chose the blue and it looks pretty good. Actually, the chair really looks good in our living room - it looks better than a $230 chair. But then when you sit on it you might realize that it is in fact a lower end chair. Maybe. I find it very comfortable. I am 5'10" and 170lbs, this chair works really well for me. This is a smaller chair so I don't recommend it for anyone over 200 lbs, especially if you have a wide backside. Others have complained that there is insufficient padding. I have a skinny backside and I find the padding to be more than adequate. I have never understood how people with substantially well padded backsides find chairs too hard. I don't think the leg rest will hold up larger legs and I don't believe that the chair will survive long under too much weight. If you have mobility issues you may not be able to get up out of the chair either. It does sit lower. My only complaint is that the swivel feels really cheap. REALLY CHEAP. It is not smooth at all. Ultimately I am happy with the chair. It satisfies the need we had for a smaller chair that swivelled. It looks good. And the chair is well priced for what you get.

I understand the return shipping can be more problem than it is worth, (as others have mentioned.) Consequently, when you buy this chair, it's probably going to be your chair from then on. Consider that carefully! (I unfortunately did not consider this.) I think there are several design problems: 1. I have read, people often have a problem getting up out of this chair, this is true. Reviews have noted it is low; yes, it is a bit lower than would be nice for me, that's true. (I am 5'8") Part of the problem is, the seat and back of the chair are already in a more relined position rather than an upright position. So, you are getting up from a low, slightly reclined chair, where the leg rest blocks putting ones legs back under them. For older folks this can be somewhat of a challenge. 2. If a person sits down and does not want to recline, the chair may recline on it's own. To overcome this problem, there are two knobs, one on each side, that you must tighten down or you might find yourself reclining, maybe with only the tray and none of the food that was on it. (On this chair, one of these threaded knobs has problems tightening and loosing; the problem seems to be in alignment of those parts.) 3. The bottom of the seat has a firm raised front edge which is uncomfortable because it supports the weight of the legs on a small area just above the back of the knee. I believe the test of a recliner is not only the simple operation, but an overnight sleep is where one really discovers how ergonomic the chair is, and in my opinion, this chair falls short on both counts. Pros: Way, way easier to move around than the bulky electric powered chairs. If you come in from working outside, you don't have worry about getting it dirty, (just be sure you don't have items in you pockets that may puncture the cover.) If it gets dirty just wipe it down with a mild cleaning spray. Cons: IMO, I don't think it is a good chair if you have children. I think it's probably a bit more fragile and one needs to be mindful of how it's treated. It not a chair for heavy folks.... somewhat dependent on how agile the heavy person is but still ????? not the sturdiest built chair. I read another reviewer that said 200 lbs. max. That seems reasonable. The specs say 270 lbs. which really might be over THE MAX if used regularly at that weight. And finally, this chair came with two fairly deep gouges on the top side of the base, where they are visible after assembly. I don't know when that was done, but they were there when I unpacked the chair. It looks like somehow they came from the frame of the seat back.

Very nice chairs and easy to assemble, they are made for people 5’10” and under. ALSO, BEWARE !! that you sit VERY LOW to the floor in the chair and if you have any knee/hip/back issues these might not be the chairs for you as they are very difficult to get out of. I modified the height on my chairs since my wife has hip/back issues by building a set of wooden blocks to elevate the height by 3.5” Now they are appropriate height for her to sit in and get out of. We replaced our motorhome 2 table chairs with these so when we have guests there are now 2 more seats to accommodate them when we watch a movie or visit. That to was also part of the reason I engineered these blocks so we have appropriate table height now as well. Overall. I am very happy with the comfort and look of these chairs and feel they are fair price for these types of chairs .

We didn't like the dinnette in our travel trailer and after looking around at RV furniture decided to try these. They are very good and very comfortable for the price. They fit well in the small slideout where our dinette was, we're both 200 plus pounds and they feel sturdy and are wide enough to be comfortable. $700-1000 recliners they aren't, but I'm considering buying one for my home office to save some room where my large recliner is now. Recommended.
