Hi ,this clip has 3 size of adopters,which will fit most of the BTE hearing aid ,no worries.

How often do you need to replace it?

I haven’t had to replace mine yet. I wipe it down with alcohol after every shift. It still looks brand new.

Will this fit a phontak hearing aid?

This hearing aid clip includes 3 sizes of silicone loops,7mm,9mm,11mm which can fit most BTE hearing aid.
