This was easy to bake in, easy to remove, easy to decorate, and easy to clean up. It's as pretty a cake as has ever come out of this kitchen, This is about as stress-free as holiday baking gets. Edit: Using the pan with a mix (the typical mix-with-pudding type) resulted in a lighter, fluffier cake which performed every bit as well as the heavier, more traditional, from-scratch recipe. A glaze works just as well as powdered sugar sifted over the top. Looks as if some bakery got paid a ton of cash, but it's all just made in the kitchen at home. Great pan!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Awesome cake pan. Am baking a cake using a different Bundt pan, but will make another cake soon using this one. IT IS OUTSTANDING!! Great finish on it INSIDE and out, so I know cakes wont stick inside this pan with many small nooks & crannies inside.

Another Nordic Ware pan I have acquired - I am addicted. Love, love, love it!! The detail is lovely and even simple decor like dusting, or drizzling a loose icing makes one look like a master. 😊 I use my own DIY cake release paste (please WEIGH and whip up with handheld electric beater: 3oz lard/shortening, 3oz veg oil, 2oz flour together and store in mason jar. Stores indefinitely in fridge. Using a silicone brush, dip into jar and brush & stipple this paste into ever nook and cranny of your pan. It is an all-in-one grease AND flour paste. Not only is it economical, it is effective more than store bought sprays containing flour. This stuff is so great, I gift it to baker friends in small mason jars along with a silicone brush). The pan is well made, has a hefty weight, and a beautiful finish inside and out. You won’t regret it.

This pan is gorgeous. I haven't made anything with it yet, but have had a positive experience with other intricate Nordic Ware products. The trick is to use a nonstick spray that contains flour (if you are lazy like me) and then use a a pastry brush to get the spray in all the nooks and crannies. If you are patient with the prep work, your bundt will come out perfect. I am having so much fun baking for my coworkers. I highly recommend this quality product,

This is smaller than expected, but because of all of the recesses, it actually does hold the volume of a standard bundle pan. Cake didn't stick and turned out beautifully.

Beautiful bundt pan! Thought it'd be smaller being only 10 cups but I works perfectly for my needs. If you're using cake mixes, it'll fit the whole thing well.

These tins well they are heavy aluminium it’s pattern is beautiful they are pricey but well worth the money they are so good to bake with a real premium brand I’ve got two Bundt tins now and I’ve ordered the gingerbread tin can’t wait to get that one I would definitely recommend anyone to buy these tins they are excellent you can clean them well and use a spray so cakes come out with no casualties they are well worth the money

A casa di un’amica americana ho visto la sua collezione di queste teglie… meravigliosa…. Sto iniziando piano piano a farmene una anche io… questa è la prima che compro.. con lo spray la mia torta si è staccata benissimo… ed il valore aggiunto è che le torte diventano morbidissime con una bella croccantezza nel lato a contatto con la teglia( quello dove appare il disegno). Costano, si, ma ne vale la pena…. Comunque ieri sera girovagando su Amazon ho visto e compratoal volo il tronchetto natalizio, scontato di ben 20 euro!! Sto tenendo monitorata la ghirlanda natalizia e la “ rosa” .. magari farò qualche altro acquisto a prezzo ottimo.
