Easy to recommend after using it for a month
I installed this in my enclosed trailer to haul a Kawasaki Vaquero 2500 miles. It was simple to install after reading the instructions and having a look see on Youtube. Very sturdy construction once assembled it's simple to load and unload without assistance. Ride your bike front tire into the mount, get off your bike and attach the two rear straps, ratchet them tight, then apply the ratchet strap to the front wheel and you are done. I have actually used it to store my bike as I have no garage where I am. Drop the gate on the trailer and disconnect the two rear straps and roll her out. Two minutes and you are on the road.

Great system for my enclosed trailer
Bought the Lock N Load system for my 7x12 enclosed trailer. We are trailering a Victory Cross Country and V-Star 950T. One important thing to mention, if you are buying the set, which includes the Lock N Load straps, they will also give you the D-rings as well. I didn't know this so I ordered D-Rings. The D-Rings have nice backing plates. Fender washers are used on the front wheel chock. Installation was a breeze, I'm using the top hole on the wheel chock for both bikes. Holds the bikes very secure so you can get off and strap them. I was concerned about the low fender on the back of the front wheel on my Cross Country, it's not an issue at all, clears fine (I couldn't find this anywhere on the web). Taking the bikes off was a breeze, both bikes off the trailer in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this system for others.

Outstanding and Immediate support from Manufacturer
I can't say enough about the immediate support from the Manufacturer. After installing this kit on my trailer and securing my bike for the first time I was disappointed that both ratchet straps would slip as soon as the had tension on them, not allowing me to secure my bike. My only option through Amazon was to return the entire kit for replacement. Obviously that was not my best option as I did not want to unbolt everything. I contacted Lock-n-Load directly via phone and explained my issue with the straps. WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR HESITATION I was told to send my contact and mailing info to them and they would send out a replacement set free of charge the next day. WHAT???? No questions or even a request to return the defective set? Now that's customer support! Thank you Lock n Load! Mark M.

What a great concept! Ride in and get off. Stays upright as you strap it down.
I really like this unit - but it isn't perfect. Certainly, it does what it's supposed to do, but there are just enough weird things that should have been if the company was truly paying attention to detail. But first, the GOOD. I have an enclosed 6x10 trailer for my Goldwing. I had a traditional Pingle type wheel chock and it worked great, but the Lock N Load is so much better! Before, after I rode the bike inside and bumped up against the chock, I would have to have my wife hold the bike upright for the brief moment before I was able to anchor the soft-ties (could not use the kickstand since the bike hit the wall before the stand hit the ground) and I think you can visualize that situation! I mean, she's no weakling, but a 900+ pound bike that only feels safe when it standing STRAIGHT up begins to lean - even an inch - and it's going where it wants to go. Not pretty at all. But with the Lock N Load, I drive the bike into the unit and up she goes a bit a LOCKS the front wheel tight. Now, I just step off the bike and grab the two rear side ratchet straps and snug them a little before strapping down the front wheel. Re-tighten the side straps and we're ready to go! Now for the Not-So-Good that would not have taken much more effort to get right. 1. The way-too-thin plastic housing around the ratcheting mechanism was the first to break (No, I did not drop it.). I drilled out the rivets from the base and threw the rest away. 2. There were very sharp edges on about every piece of flat metal. I took a metal file to all the sharp edges (which removed the nice orange powder coat - sad) and smoothed them all off. It is safe to handle now. 3. The "Thumb Nuts" for attaching the Lock N Load to the base plate require a TOOL to remove. They are cast aluminum and the lock washers (as per instructions) bite into the Thumb Nuts so much, they pretty much chew the nuts up. I've decided to just use regular hex nuts from now on and carry a socket and ratchet. 4. The instruction sheets leave a lot to be desired. I installed everything with little reference to the "instruction" sheets since I have a mechanical handyman background, but for someone who does not that background and experience, it may be a little tough going. But who doesn't have SOME mechanical ability if they own a motorcycle? That about sums it up. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who trailers a big cruiser bike. It makes it safer and easier to to load and GO! Get one NOW.

Excellent product. Easy to install
Excellent product. Easy to install, and use. I researched various motorcycle transport products before choosing Lock n Load. It appeared to be the best product for the job and it came at a reasonable price break. I transported my Harley Road King 1800 miles and the bike never moved at all during the entire trip. It literally takes only a couple of minutes to lock down the bike for transport and unlock when your ready to ride. When you consider the cost of a high end touring motorcycle these days you want to insure that they are safely secured during transport. I highly recommend this product.

Does not work with a Honda Valkyrie
Installed in my trailer, drilled the holes through my floor now it does not hold the bike. I tried all the mounting positions and my bike would tip over every time. I had to use the kick stand to tie it down. My front tire is 150/80-17 which is stock. It takes two people to load one to hold bike so you can get the strap on the front tire then it's still not stable. I will file for a return next week when I can get it out of the trailer it was no fun crawling under my trailer. Now I've got to go under the trailer again and remove it and I'll have holes in my new Box trailer. If I'm doing something wrong please tell me.

Easy to use! Keeps your bike 100% secure without putting stress on the bike's forks!
Made loading my motorcycle an absolute breeze! I can now load up in minutes! I trailerd my Harley Davidson Fat Bob through extreme road conditions in late winter from Delaware to Alaska! With zero problems! I went over pot deep pot holes and un-even roads and my bike never moved or needed to re-tightend. This system puts no stress on my bike's forks. It's so easy to use! I would re-buy in a heart beat!

Good product but needs refinement
I purchased this product to transport my 2019 Indian Roadmaster to the shop for service. The installation was easy and looked sturdy. When i loaded my bike on the trailer into the chock it stood the bike upright without the side kickstand. The wheelchock is held to the base plate by two screws which slide in or out of the baseplate for quick removal (there are other screws included for permanent placement). When I was transporting my bike to a shop to get ceramic coated, i hit a bump in the road and the rear screw came out of the base plate and the bike fell on its side as i was driving down the highway. Thank goodness I had extra 5000 lb straps on the bike instead of just the two straps they recommend or my bike would have been in prices down the highway. If you have a heavy bike (mine is 945) the wheelchock will rock side to side. Only having 2 screws that hold the wheelchock to the base plate is not enough for a heavier bike. This is a good concept but think the designe needs to be changed and have 4 screws hole the wheelchock. I am not planning on using this product again.

Awesome and fast and good quality.
This is the best system I have ever used. A bit pricy considering it's a peice of metal that's bent to hold a tire. But I know when my bike is in this system I can travel wherever I need to go and not worry about any harm coming to my pride and joy. Yes I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for quality they can count on.

Super fast, easy and secure
They advertise it takes 60 seconds to load and lock your bike I really don’t think it takes that long once you’re all set up.

Solo loading a breeze!
Likes: Eaze of loading the bike, just drive on and strap down! Beefy materials with good welds. Areas of Concern: 1) The new version of the bottom plate has T-slots facing in opposite directions vs. the old ones. I have one of each now and prefer the old design. With the new design it is difficult to get the plate centred so that each bolt gets a good bite of metal slot. I don't understand the reason for the change. 2) the front ratchet tie down system has a very narrow span around the tire and allows the bike to rock unless the rear tie-downs are firmly and tightly ratcheted down. The old design has proven to be worth its weight in gold as a trailer hauling 4 big BMW 1200 GSAs was involved in an accident where the trailer got air borne and all the bikes ended up unscathed. Proof positive.
