Quality at good price. A product I recommend & rely on
Updated: I started using this supplement based on research suggesting a neuro-protective effect of vitamin D3. I hoped it would help my efforts to reverse symptoms of neurotoxin exposure. I believe it has been. Over the first six months fine motor control had improved markedly and mood stabilized somewhat. Now it has been over a year and my aphasia and short term memory is significantly improved. . This stuff is easy to take, consistent & potent.

It works!!
I have been vit. D deficient for years. My blood work last year measured my levels at 14 ng/mL. I tested again a few days ago and now my levels are 37 ng/mL. The reference range is 30-100 ng/mL. Ive taken the product for a couple of months I'm so happy with this product and my results! . Not only is it effective, but easy to swallow. No after tast.

Lower dose, larger pills
I like the lower dosage on these pills. I'm astonished at the larger size compared with other brands that offer 2x this brand's dosage. I have trouble swallowing large objects, and this is about my size limit. If swallowing large pills is not a problem for you, this is a good choice, especially when your goal is to supplement a good diet: D3 @125mcg, K2 @90 mcg

Great for raising my calcium
I purchased this product because I needed more calcium to be absorbed into my body. So far this is helping with that and giving my immune system a noticable boost. Capsules are very easy to swallow and this company was quick to deliver and answer my questions. 5 stars!

Side effects
Very nauseous even took at night. First time that’s happen but this is the first time I ever used this brand…..

Improved bone scan
I’ve been receiving bone scans on a regular basis and this February my bone density has improved. I believe I can attribute the improvement in some part to this product since I haven’t been using anything else new. Thanks for helping CogniTune!
