24 months from the date of manufacture. Though our products do not spoil, their flavor and quality will diminish with time. ~ Erica

Cinnamon usually doesn't have an expiration date. If kept in a cool, dark place it will last 2-3 years. If there is another number on the label, may not look like a date, go to the manufacturer's website and find their encoding process for an explanation of that number. Also, cinnamon may or may not have a 'best if used by' date.

Q: What is the ratio of sugar to cinnamon?

I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’s 1000 grains is sugar to 1000 grains of cinnamon per cubic mm. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
