What are the ingredients? Amazon usually lists them.

It's alcohol based with essential oils from 10 different medicinal plants like sage, lemon, lavender, mint, thyme, cinnamon, anise etc. I usually take 15 drops in a small glass of water. It's the best remedy that I know of for anxiety attacks, stress relief or any stomach pain. One of those life saver remedies that I always have handy in the medicine cabinet. It's been 20 years that I use it and I hope that they will never stop making it!

What is the direction to use?

I use 5-6 drops as needed in an 8 oz. glass of water. The bottle does not have instructions on it.
