Good clean electrolyte option without sugar
I like having electrolyte packets that don’t have sugar or artificial colors, and this one tastes clean and not overly sweet. The lemonade flavor is light and refreshing rather than strong. It dissolves easily in water and works well after workouts or when you just want flavored water. Only downside is the price compared to basic electrolyte powders. Overall a good option if you’re looking for a cleaner ingredient list.

Some flavors are good, (citrus.) and rehydrated me. Certain flavors are actually repulsive.
This is my favorite in the sampled pack. Grape is chemical flavor, don't know why. Both citrus flavors are average, but better than others. Value is there per stick, but I'm very sensitive to certain ingredients.
