Does this product contain Stevia or any other alternative/fake sweeteners?

ICONIC is sweetened with monkfruit powder! No stevia! Monkfruit is a natural, non-caloric sweetener that adds no sugar, and just a touch of sweetness. This product contains no artificial sweeteners, and nothing artificial at all. All 5 ingredients are listed on the package (only 4 for Vanilla Bean, and 1 for Unflavored). Has anyone tried making this as a hot drink? Does it mix well or get super clumpy?

I use a battery operated mixer and it mixes just fine! Hot or cold! I mix it in my coffee daily and yes, I use it in place of creamer. It mixes fine in cold drinks also but use a battery hand held mixer. I've also used a fork and it mixes better than with a spoon.

How many scoops do use for a 20oz shaker?

It depends on how much protein you want in the shake. I use one scoop, or follow the directions on the package.
