Pink Power PP182 18 Volt NiCad Drill Kit Replacement Battery

This company cements my commitment to seeking out services and products from small businesses, especially those in my community. I received a battery that had been damaged in shipping. Upon contacting Sunbelt tools, they responded immediately and sent a replacement right away. I own several of their products and have been very happy with them, and was very happy with the replacement and went about living my life. Weeks later, I was contacted by Angel from Sunbelt tools to see if I had received the replacement and if I was happy with it. I never responded to this email because I was out of state taking care of family. Angel, sent another follow up email to make sure I was happy. This is an example of the kind of customer service that big companies do not provide, nor do they care to because they are making enough money through volume. They aren’t worried about me or their reputationlike Angel and Sunbelt tools were.

Great! Tons of power!

I bought my original drill about 5 years ago. My brother told me my battery was going bad, so I bought this. It was in fact the drill. So now I have another battery that works. So I bought another drill just like the original. I love my Pink Power Drill and now I have 5 working batteries. 2 over 5 years old.

The extra battery for my drill malfunctioned after a couple of years. I went back to my original Amazon purchase and asked a question about replacements. The original seller replied and referred me to this battery. I purchased it, and it is working great. Excellent customer service from the seller!!!!

I had this pink power drill that had two batteries and both had gone bad... was so very happy to be able to find this as it is just what I needed to keep my drill going! Wish there was more than one as I would of got another! LuvMyDrill

Replacement batteries did not hold charge. Very disappointed in the quality. One charge didn't even last on hour. Date all my batteries when I first use them and after 4 months one never held a charge again.

I unfortunately had to return it, but the product was perfect and exactly what was expected. Seller was responsive, and went above and beyond in accepting my return. I highly recommend them

Received a first battery with broken body. Two screws out of 4 didn't hold a cover. Body is about to split apart. Ordered and received a second one with obvious signs of wear. Cracked body in the contact area. Voltage is below safe threshold for NiCd. Will update rating up or down based on the third one. But so far recommend to avoid this seller
