Best Home Perm Ever
I have used Ogilvie home perms for years and they are certainly the best ever. I have gray, extremely fine hair and it is very, very hard to get a perm that lasts. Anyone who uses these perms will never go back to anything else.

very hard to find hard to wave perms. only ogilvie works for me. my hair is not frizzy and is very soft and the perm lasts for months even though i have short hair.
