Mikasa Harmony 65-Piece 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, Service for 12, Polished Silverware with Serving Utensils, Dishwasher Safe

We purchased this heavy-duty stainless steel silverware set for our new home, and it has been perfect for both everyday use and entertaining guests. The weight and balance of each piece really stand out—they feel solid and high-quality in the hand, not flimsy or lightweight. The polished finish looks elegant on the table and pairs well with any dinnerware style, whether casual meals or formal dinners. Everything cuts, scoops, and handles food comfortably, and the knives are sharp enough for meats without being overly aggressive. Delivered quick, beautiful finish, well packaged individually wrapped in paper to protect finish, polished and well balanced. I am really impressed with this Black Friday deal (paid under 80 bucks for 65 piece set of 18/10 silverware serving set). The set is a nice weight and is strong (will not bend with use). Better than Oneida sets I have bought in the past. Great deal.

I read other reviewers comments prior to purchasing this flatware set and decided to give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! this set is absolutely beautiful and it looks too good for everyday use. As a matter of fact it is as good as or better than the flatware I use for special dinners and holidays. This is a great quality Stainless Steel set, shiny, heavy and makes a nice statement when I use it for simple meals. I finally got rid of my mismatched, flimsy, and marred sets and this Mikasa set set came sturdily boxed, careful attention to wrapping details (took several minutes to remove the knives from their wraps). Flatware is heavy in a good way and looks very expensive and the knives actually cut foods without being overly sharp. Just buy it. You will be impressed and happy you did so. Elated over this purchase. Mikasa is usually associated with quality, affordable merchandise and this set does not disappoint.

This silverware came in a box about 30“ x 24“...in other words really big for the set. None of the silverware was in your usual plastic sleeves or in a brand box. There was some paper, but the silverware was simply jostling all over the box. When I opened it, there were watermarks on many of the utensils, indicating they had been used and washed. On all of the knives, there was rust in the indentation marks at the bottom of the utensil. One spoon of the service set was there, all of the other four pieces were missing. The design and weight of the silverware was great. I’ve had a class in another style for a few years and have been very pleased with the quality. This was a surprise and disappointment. Where are they making this mess and what kind of quality checks are there? Overall, I am a committed Amazon Customer but I’ve got to say this was really shabby inspection, and packaging.

Beautiful set with a nice weight. They feel good in my hand for balance and weight. Also a good fit for my husband and adult children. I have had them awhile now, use them and run them through the dishwasher every day. So far, they are still shiny and as pretty as the day I opened them. The larger forks and spoons are bigger than I expected, with salad forks and tea spoons being typical.

These are so beautiful and have great weight in your hand. I love them!

EDITED 12/15/25: Updating to 4 stars for the overall product and Mikasa customer service. They responded promptly to my e-mail and sent a new set of knives free of charge. I ran the knives through the dishwasher and none of them had a mark on them :). Fresh out of the package, everything looked fine. I put the whole set in the dishwasher, and every. Single. Knife. Ended up with rust in the grooves. None of the other utensils had this problem which is the only reason it's getting two stars instead of one. But even after running it through the dishwasher twice, no improvement. In fact after the second round there was rust/wear on the bottom of the knives too. I'm stuck using these for Thanksgiving so I can't return them, but I'm very disappointed with what is supposed to be a quality brand.

UPDATE: The company corrected the issue immediately! I have had the set for a while now and the flatwear continues looks amazing! I have one major issue with this set of flatware. I purchased two sets earlier this week. I washed the two sets separately in the dishwasher. (My dishwasher could only hold one set at a time.) The 1st set everthing was absolutely fine. The 2nd set ALL the knives, 1 spoon, 1 large spoon, 1 fork and one serving fork ALL have rust on them. So disappointed. If not for this I would have given this purchase 5 stars. These sets have heavy pieces, the tines on the forks do not bend, the shape of the stem is comfortable to use and the design is very erlangen looking. (I am using this set to at Thanksgiving because it more beautiful then my grandmothers fine flatware.) I will be calling the manufacturer on Monday to exchange the the rusted pieces.

I loved that this was a set for 12, as 4 is never enough! Beautiful, quality cutlery that I use everyday as well as special occasions. I also wash in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems so far.

Beautiful, classic and elegant, this cutlery has a very nice hand and high polish. Workmanship is extremely refined. I couldn’t find any fault with this set except that compared to older sets that I have, the utensils are quite a bit larger. Can’t fault shipping either. The package arrived in 23 hrs after ordering!
