SOOTHE Iodine & Selenium - Thyroid Support

I've been into supplements and natural health for many years, and I've tried many products that seem to have little or no effect, as well as ones that are fantastically effective. I go into using any new supplement with a neutral mind, and the placebo effect doesn't work very well on me because I like to consider things rationally and skeptically. I've been slowly gaining weight over the past two years, and my diet is by no means horrible. It's really clean, unprocessed, I hardly ever eat out, I rarely eat bread, etc. I've also been practicing some intermittent fasting, and typically eat a maximum of two modest meals per day. I don't drink soda, I use Stevia in my coffee, and aside from being a little less active than normal, there was no reason for this weight gain. I started working out, I cut my calories even further, nothing worked. My clothes aren't fitting very well and everything feels so difficult, even the thought of exercising. I'm a 30 year old female with no health problems, no pregnancies, and I take no prescriptions, and never have. I had a blood panel a few months ago, and everything looks pretty good, though there was some indication of stress, which is to be expected since there's been a lot of changes going on in my life lately. (New job, new house, planning a wedding.) The only thing left was to try to further support my adrenals and thyroid, even though I'd already been trying a few things to help them kick into gear, with little to no success. I also take St John's Wort on and off to help support my mood, which works really well, but you do have to be aware what you combine that with. I had also started taking Licorice root capsules, which helped my stomach so much, and also helped me feel a bit more mental clarity and a bit of energy, when taking 2 caps (Nature's Way) per morning. Then just last week I started taking Soothe. On the first day, I only took one capsule first thing in the morning. The next day, I took two capsules, because I'm pretty tolerant of supplements and since I work at home 100% of the time, I'm not too worried about weird side effects or not being able to drive, since I seldom go anywhere anyway. I probably could have waited a couple of days to go to the full dose, but I'm getting impatient about this weight thing so I started taking two at a time on Day Two. Normally, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, occasionally another one in mid- or late morning, and after that it's always decaf or nothing. The first day that I took two capsules of Soothe, I felt like I drank four cups of coffee... But without the jitters. Well, maybe a touch of the jitters, but that may have been the coffee I was drinking being a bit amplified. Anyways... I now have ENERGY. I feel like I remember what it was like to be a kid, someone who wants to run around for the sheer fun of it. I hate running with a burning passion because it makes me feel like crap -- I don't have asthma, but ask me to run for half a mile and I'll sure as heck sound like I do. My fiance who SMOKES doesn't sound remotely as horrible after running three times as long. He's also 6 years older than me. It's quite honestly embarrassing. But yesterday, after just a few days of taking Soothe, I actually felt a little bit like running. The sun was out, it was a nice day, so I went a couple of miles down the road, running in little sprints and walking in between to catch my breath. I know that's not the best workout in the world, but it's more than I've felt like doing in months. And I actually enjoyed myself instead of forcing myself every step of the way. In conclusion, weight has not yet started to come off, but just feeling normal, human, stable, and with some more energy for life has made things so much better. Whether stabilizing my hormones will help me lose weight, or just making me feel more like exercising does the trick, I can tell already that this product will be a huge help. Buying more bottles pronto! I've had no trouble sleeping at night. If you do, try some kind of activity to help wear you out a little. Then you should have that refreshing energy->activity->exhaustion feeling from your childhood days and will sleep great, if you don't have any other problems.

This is an excellent health supplement that offered immediate results! I suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, adrenal fatigue, chronic pain and other chronic health conditions. Although I usually make my own health supplements, my spinal injury has slowed me down, so I've had to purchase various supplements online. This supplement is one of the best ones I've ever tried! It's effective, the capsules are easy to swallow, and the price is affordable. Even after just one dose, I felt an instant improvement in my condition. After taking it daily, I feel more focused and cognitively aware. I have more energy and motivation, my mood has improved, I feel calmer, less stressed (particularly in the face of a current ongoing stressful situation), and better balanced. I have high cortisol levels and also removed goiter and Hoshimotos. I take this and the thyroid supplement from Soothe as well. Clean ingredients and the percentage of each ingredient was important to me. There are many other brands but they water down the percentage of the key ingredients with other less essential ingredients. I am eager to see if this helps on my next bloodwork.

This product is amazing!!! I have struggled for the past 2-3 years with losing weight. Every time that I tried, I would get so frustrated because I was hungry all of the time and I was seeing little to no results. I tried so many supplements and nothing helped. I started doing some research and realized maybe my hormones were to blame. This product has made all of the difference. I am down 15 pounds and counting, I have more energy, and I feel like my overall mood is better. I highly recommend this product for anyone in their late 30's feeling like you can't lose weight and you're just tired of being tired.

I am giving this product half stars because it DID work the first 3 bottles I ordered. Thyroid issues run in my family and in the last few years I have really struggled with the symptoms but my doctor won’t put me on the meds until my numbers reach a certain point. So i sought out a supplement that could help me manage my symptoms. I tried MANY different brands before I came across this one, which did far more for me than any other I had tried. My energy levels were good, I didn’t feel fatigued or the need for naps every day. Some of my joint and muscle pain went away. I took this regularly for about 6 months and had seen improvement until the last bottle I ordered. When I opened it some of the capsules had white chunks in the powder which I had not seen before. I thought maybe they changed it so I continued to take them, but I started getting sick and throwing up every morning after I took them. I tried eliminating any other cause and it always came down to this one. If I didn’t take it I didn’t get sick. So I had to stop taking it which is unfortunate because now my symptoms have returned. I’d like to try another bottle in case that one was just a bad batch but I’m now a little apprehensive.

I have been trying this supplement for a few months now and I truly believe it is making a difference for me personally. The biggest difference I noticed is how much my skin has cleared up. I have struggled with acne for years and a huge factor of it is my hormones. I no longer take any form of birth control and after nursing for 2 years my hormones don’t know what to do. This supplement I believe helps my body regulate itself. I always take this with food or else I feel weird. If you struggle with hormonal acne I would highly recommend trying this for at least a month to see if it helps

Soothe - Thyroid Support and & Adrenal Support - First, I want to say that I exercise daily and eat pretty healthy. I run 2 miles a day Mon thru Fri, 30 mins of yoga daily, and cycle 5 days a week. On the weekends I am extremely busy out walking around or I’m at home cleaning and doing laundry. My calorie intake is less than 1500 daily thru the week and a little more on the weekends. I am overweight but I’ve been on a really good path to a healthier lifestyle for the past 6 months. When I started taking this medication, I experienced a lot of bloating and painful stomach cramps immediately (same day). My jeans were extremely tighter than usual around the waist while taking these pills. It was to the point, I would say, my stomach size was probably 4 inches larger, if not more. Pants that I wear and normally fit fine, my gut was flipping out and over the waist like a huge muffin top. I kept taking the pills thinking maybe something else was going on or if the pills were the problem, my body would eventually adapt. That never happened over the course of the 30 day supply. Finally, 2 days (of nasty burps, gas, and farts) after my 30 day supply ran out, my abdomen returned to normal size, no more horrific stomach cramps and no more nasty trapped gas. Here’s my take on many of the other reviews on these pills….. A lot of people are saying this really works but on the same note state they has associated stomach issues and had to stop taking it. I don’t see how they would know if it really works or not. For one thing, the bloating is ridiculous and will cause your body to weigh more by holding onto water and trapped gas. Then there’s the fact that they didn’t take it long enough to really know if it works or not. We all want a quick fix. We want to believe there is something out there than can easily fix us. Unfortunately there’s not. The proclaims made on over the counter pills are a persuasion to purchase snake oil. There’s no easy fix. Whether our metabolism is slow due to genetics or hypothyroidism, it takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and will power to make the necessary changes needed to lose weight. Don’t spend your money on these gimmicks. Spend your time, energy and focus on having a healthier lifestyle.

I am on my third bottle and I think I can notice a mood stabilizing component with this supplement. I will continue to take!
