This might seem odd, but this wasnt for a loved HUMAN. Back when I purchased this, it was shortly after my cat, that I had since I was around 6 years old. He was 18, and was all there in his mind, but his health just declined so bad, we had to put him to sleep. It was one of the absolute hardest things my Mother and I have ever had to do. He was MY baby. Ive lost pets before but nothing like this. Our vet was gracious enough, and so kind to come to our home where Toby was comfortable, and put him to sleep in my lap. It was a few days after Christmas, so we wrapped him in a fleece blanket and buried him in a special part in my moms yard/garden. I needed to find something to place on top of where he was buried, not only because he was special, we needed something to make sure nothing dug in this spot, and something to mark his burial. I was not expecting this to be as nice as it was. It was decently heavy, and just beautiful. I literally cried when I recieved it, as it was only days after his passing because it was just so perfect. My mother also loved it, too. It just seemed to be nicer than what I had in my mind. We had looked into little pet headstones basically in Fosters & Smith, other websites, and they were just OUTRAGEOUS. This, is just PERFECT. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product that made me smile in a time of grief! We were finally able to put it at his spot a few months ago once it warmed up, and along with a beautifully colored mosaic solar light, and lilies, which mean something to me, he has the perfect resting place. Please go with this company that makes these, they are great!

I couldn't believe the price when I saw this. I've seen it elsewhere for double the price. It looks very classy, and I have it hung on my living room wall. I used apoxy sculpt to add a small piece on top with flowers and my dog's name. The writing on the plaque is indented heavily into the plaque, and it looks beautiful. Thank you.

This product is well worth the money I spent and more!!! I purchased this item for my husband to give to his co-worker's family that just passed away. This is perfect, very well made, and I'm sure they will appreciate it for years to come. Anyone thinking about buying this item should definitely do so as it has exceeded my expectations!!!
