Love love love
Very delicious eggplant spread. I am very happy I found this product. It’s so delicious on toasted bread! Goes perfectly well with vegan or vegetarian choice.

Taste of Home
Being ethnically Ukrainian, I'm probably biased. Nevertheless, I want to say that the taste is natural, original, authentic Ukrainian, very soft and moist without extreme use of unnecessary additional ingredients and spices, most importantly - without overwhelming dose of vinegar that kills a taste of any canned veggies here in the US. To make my review more international, think of Mediterranean food and things like Baba Ganoush. If you like those as I do, you'll probably like this one as well as a softer and a more delicate version of it. Goes well with any kind of non-sweet bread (preferably toasted) at breakfast, lunch or dinner time - doesn't matter.

Nice, not overpowering flavor.
I found this quite tasty. I used it as a dip and as an accompaniment to eggs and cheese. Tried some with pickled sausage and pickled eggs. Out of pickled onions but they would work too. Will try some on rice next. Rather pricey but will probably buy again.
