so I needed to make the best use of my silverware drawer
This is exactly what I needed. I only have 2 drawers in my entire kitchen, so I needed to make the best use of my silverware drawer. Because of the 2 levels, I am able to get a lot more silverware in the drawer. But, it was fairly difficult to cut the extra plastic on the sides of the the unit to fit my drawer size because the plastic is very thick. You need to have a very sharp scissors or tool. Be aware the the top layer does not glide smoothly because it is just sitting on the silverware in the bottom tray. But, for function, this works great.

Dissapointed big time
Honestly.. this should NEVER, EVER, be marketed as TWO TIER... It is basically a smaller very light, thin tray placed loosely on top of the base tray and moves around when you open and close the drawer AND you have to remove it to get something from the bottom tray. I could have bought a small cheap tray from Kmart or Walmart and threw it over a base tray. The third two tier tray I bought from another seller had a top tray that has wheels that glides on tracks on bottom tray (SEE PICTURES), so it stays in place when you open and close drawer and you glide it up or down to get something from the bottom, also made of heavier material for almost the same price of these...My fault to assume these will be the same for that price. Ten years ago I bought three of the two tiered flatware trays with wheels and tracks that lasted till now, but I decided to change them after I updated my kitchen and I wanted a new clean look. Never for a second I thought I would get a tray placed loosely on top of another tray. I bought two of these and the third one from another seller.. these were the right size for two of my drawers. My fault to assume they are similar especially that the price is comparable.. I paid over $60 for two of these. If I did not open the packages and cut to size before I noticed that, I would have sent these back. Now I am stuck with these and will probably dish out the money to buy another real TWO TIER set.

The tray on top is not good
The tray on top just slides all over. There aren't any rollers or anything to keep it in place. I gave it a three because you can fit in in different size drawers and it was easy to score and snap. I have been looking of a two tier insert with rollers that would fit in my custom size drawer for years. I even went to cabinet shops without any luck. So I though this would solve my problem. I'm keeping it but I will continue my quest!

She's not going to like it
I gave my MIL a similar item many years ago which she loved. It's showing its age, and we've been looking for a replacement. The popular rb brand no longer makes a tiered flatware tray and finding one to live up to its quality has been daunting. I finally settled on this Vance one based on the reviews. It came this week...the plastic is very flimsy compared to the well-constructed one she has now. And the sliding top tier is quite a bit smaller than the space in which it is to slide. That "slop," as well as the slick lower-quality plastic, leads me to believe that the tier will not stay in place and slide around enough as to render it more frustrating than useful. I haven't yet gifted it, but I'm confident that MIL will NOT be happy with it.

Just what I wanted
I had something very similar to this in my former kitchen & loved it. Now that we have completed the new kitchen I needed to get a new one due to the size difference of the drawer. I like it because I can have more silverware stored in all one drawer. With the top sliding tray you really can get more great use out of one drawer!!

The top piece slides better than I expected
This works perfectly. The top piece slides better than I expected. It was very easy to adjust.

Not exactly what I was expecting.
OK โ I could cut it down to fit into an odd-sized drawer and it looks good. NOT OK โ The top tray only sits on top of the bottom which is a bit annoying but it does have well thought out compartments as long as you donโt try to cram too much in.

I guess the size needs to more clearly defined.
The product was fine. The problem was it was just a little too narrow for my drawer. I was disappointed after waiting so long for it to arrive. But I was aware of the shipping of the product in advance. Nothing wrong with the supplier or product, except as mentioned above.

Not a total fail. That tra
Easy instal. The top tray is very cheap and fits poorly. My utensils get caught in it all the time.
