Better than ladder great options and work price

Better than a nylon agility ladder!
This is a great and versatile product for speed training. Unlike a standard agility ladder, there is no valuable time wasted having to untangle the ladder. This item is something that every speed and agility trainer should have in their arsenal.

Solid set but can slip
The hex agility rings are decent. Connectors seem to be solid but flexible enough for quick changes during a workout. Right now these are helping my kids with some mobility work. On turf and generic rubber flooring these can slip when stepped on. I placed a few rubber strips underneath them to eliminate slipping/movement. I also wish they offered more than 6 in the pack.

i really like this product especially since you can connect them different ways and disconnect them for different exercises. i use this on all my clients and has definitely shown results using the agility rings! i would definitely recommend purchasing this product!

Bag is very fragile, not even 2 weeks of usage and it’s been torn. Any chance you can send a new bag? Better quality?

Great idea but the plastic breaks easily when stepped on. As is the case with agility equipment they are often kicked and stepped on during drills. These did not stand the test after a couple weeks of use and cracked at multiple spots
