Once I had figured out how to set it up, I hardly realised that it was even there. I can carry on my daily business and working on my projects while maintaining some sort corrected posture which has helped relieve some of the pain in the upper half of my back. I would still recommend physio for any pain that is consistent but this has helped me between sessions.

Quality was great, and it had a lovely comfortable material. The overall design works well for posture improvement and has good support which helps with pain relief.

I really liked this posture corrector, it is simple to wear and use. The materials which make it up have a really good premium feel to it. You adjust the degree of correction by furthering away or closer the elastic straps which is what every body wants. I think this could also be used as a waist trimmer if you are looking to get in shape and healthy. I wear it for a few hours and then take it off when going to sleep, thats what works best for me. I wear it above my T shirt so that sweat doesnt come directly in contact with the posture corrector. I love it! Could not ask for more.

This is very good for me as I've suffered many years with my back and posture too.It's very well made and is high quality with strong stitching. It's a good size I'm usually an XL but a large fits nicely.Long term I'm sure this will help me.

Really good item, it has two metals which keeps your back straight! And also the elastic bands are nice quality!

This belt is very comfortable. Because I am doing work at my desk most of the time my back needs support so I was looking for something like this , this belt does the job, it’s pain relief. I am happy with my purchase
