The BEST gluten free pasta!
I was pleasantly surprised by this gluten-free pasta! The texture holds up well after cooking—no mushiness or falling apart—and it has a great bite, very close to traditional wheat pasta. It cooked evenly and paired perfectly with both tomato-based and creamy sauces. Bonus points for being made with simple ingredients and no weird aftertaste. A solid choice for anyone avoiding gluten without sacrificing taste!

Worth it with the right recipe!
Decently good for a GF pasta! I know some reviews claimed these would break easy either when cooked in water or delivered. I used a recipe from Ashley Fehr for a orecchiette pasta with sausages with no issue! The taste of the pasta was good and easy to use, as expected for any regular pasta. Will have to get again, with the price and availability considered.

Delicious
I've been missing shells pasta ever since I went gluten free. I decided to get this to try it, since I have had Jovial products in the past, and I love it. The pasta doesn't get soggy or slimy like some other gluten free brands, and it tastes great as well.

Best GF noodles
These are the best tasting GF noodles out there, if you can find them in stores they are way cheaper than here but I would recommend the product, maybe only through here if you’re in desperate need and don’t have time to go to the store!
