Great organic cane sugar. The crystals are about the same fineness as your average white granulated sugar, and it's a pale golden colour. Probably on a par with Demerara sugar for colour depth, maybe even lighter than some brands of Demerara. It has a lovely rounded light flavour. It dissolves fast but I have noticed that it leaves one or two flecks of insoluble impurities. I've been using this to make sugar water for my water kefir, otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed this. I doubt it would be an issue, the small flecks aren't grit - quite probably vegetable matter from the sugar processing.

I love this sugar, I use 1 tablespoon of it in my porridge and it provides a good level of sweetness without that sugar-crash feeling afterwards, now looking to use this as my main source of sugar when needed.

Not as sweet as I was expecting but good value for money. But I think I will stick to brown sugar.

Presents itself as unprocessed, but in reality its just more uber processed sugar junk. Wouldn't buy again and would avoid brand for dodgy tactics.
