Can the shipper please ship out my order ? Its been weeks since I've ordered.!

Definitely not. Forget about it.

The description on these says "mens" but when I put them in my cart, they say "womens." Which are these?

I was worried because I ordered men's, but it said women's when it shipped, but I can confirm that I still received men's.

What is the strapmade out of? If its leather, is it a hard leather?

The strap is leather on the outside but the part that is against your foot is lined with a cushioned fabric. But the strap is not hard leather either. Fairly supple.

Are these the shiny ones? I hate those. My feet slip around in them.

I guess you refer to the sole, and they are a bit shiny, but with texture/pattern. I don't notice them slipping, and I had to get an 11 when I wear a 10.5 normally, so they don't fit snug. The soles are definitely not rough or flat looking .
