Don’t usually review but so many of these I looked at had bad reviews, this one fitted perfectly, it comes with rubber grippers which I would recommend to stop the clamp sliding off the table to which it is attached. Fitted our desk and easy to assemble. Very sturdy, pleased with it

The VIVO Large Keyboard Tray served its purpose well—it's strong, sturdy, and the C clamp mount system is rock solid. However, I decided to pursue a different setup and ended up returning it. That said, I did purchase VIVO clamps separately for my new configuration, and they are the same as the ones on this tray, so I can confidently vouch for their strength and reliability. If you're looking for a durable keyboard tray, this one won't disappoint!

I had to remove my previous shelf as hinges were damaged. Replaced it with this and it's better than my old one. Spacious and solid. Recommended.

My son needed a shelf for his keyboard, but his computer desk has a bar under the desktop and his keyboard is higher than normal. I was a bit dubious it would fit under the shelf, but it was perfect. As for the bar under the desktop, I sorted that with two blocks of off cut wood, covered in black duct tape to blend in. Brilliant!

Check your desk measurements first but overall what i needed. Good quality as well

Easy to install. Enough space for mouse to move. Sturdy. Mine stays in place and doesn't creep away. So far i'm really happy with my purchase. Only con is that when you hold the slider on it's side to pull or push you will get grease on your hands.

I got this to lower my keyboard height as I have had back issues from bad posture working at my desk. I have a lovely wooden desk with drawers underneath, so I looked specifically for a tray that could be attached to the jutting out front ledge. I was annoyed to see that the tray has been cut down the middle for you to piece back together. This could be the ultimate flat pack crime in my book! It's just so pointless other than to reduce the size of the box it comes in. I also hadn't realised that the rails that go along the edge stick out at the back, which prevented me attaching the tray to my desk due to the front panel that runs along under my desk. However, by putting the rails on the opposite sides and switching everything around, I have now got it so the rails stick out at the front and this has enabled me to attach it to my desk. Because of the panel at the front of my desk, I'm unable to slide the tray in or out, so can't comment on that feature. Anyway, this has now enabled me to lower my keyboard and mouse down so my shoulders are no longer hunched, so a win in that regard.

high quality material. sturdy. keyboard surface finish is perfect for mouse to glide. the higher price, compared to other variations in the market, justifies for the quality. personal recommendation to buy.

Viene muy bien empaquetado. Fácil de armar, trae instructivo. Fácil de montar. Materiales pesados, sólidos, con buen acabado, lo que le da una percepción de calidad. *De preferencia tener un escritorio resistente y sin ningún soporte o tabla en la parte de enmedio para que pueda retraerse por completo. Mi escritorio no cumple con esas características pero le fue muy funcional el soporte de teclado y mouse. Es necesario uno de estos para corregir la postura. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para corregir la postura del cuerpo. Compré el (large) y le quedo muy bien al escritorio con 1m de largo, aún le sobraron algunos centímetros.

Summary: This is a great keyboard. It arrived on time and was well packaged. It's easy to assemble and clamp onto your desktop. The instructions are clear, the parts are solid -- real metal hardware and no cheap plastic parts. It's steady when you type; no wobbling even if you type fast. The tray is wide enough and deep enough to store my giant ergonomic keyboard and my mouse with a bit of room to spare. And it glides smoothly to store underneath your desktop. Or at least it does now ... which brings me to the reason I was prompted to write a review. VIVO's customer service is outstanding! Quite possibly the best company I've dealt with online or off. My excellent experience with VIVO: After carefully assembling the keyboard tray and attaching it to my desktop, the clamp on the right side seemed slightly off. No matter what I tried -- re-assembling that side, adjusting the tension -- the position of the clamp put the keyboard tray in a little bit of a bind on one side. The tray still worked technically, but was annoying. One side would slide in easily and the other lagged behind and had to be pushed a bit. I contacted the company through Amazon and got an immediate response. Based on the images I sent (which focused on the misaligned part of the clamp, but didn't show the entire clamp) they thought the issue was the slider rail. They offered me the option of returning the entire keyboard or receiving a replacement slider rail. I didn't want to be without the keyboard tray, since it was making a big difference in my hands/wrists/arms, so I asked for a replacement slider, which they promptly sent (and which also arrived quickly and was very well packaged). In the process of putting the new replacement rail on, I realized the issue was definitely not the rail, but was most definitely the clamp. One of the two pre-drilled holes in the clamp was about 1/8 inch off, meaning the keyboard was still sticking on the right side even with the new sliding mechanism. I reached out to the company again about the misaligned holes (this time with an image that showed the entire clamp). They promptly supplied a replacement clamp, which fixed the issue completely. The entire process was fast. The emails were prompt, courteous, and clear. And VIVO was willing to keep at it until the issue was fixed. Highly recommend this product and company based on this interaction.
