Are these connectors 75 ohm? If not, is that option available?

The connectors are 75 ohms. I use it for SDI signals.

Is the back side BNC connectors too or is it some other termination (ie solder, etc)

Back side is BNC. I used it as an in-wall panel for 16 RG59 CCTV cameras.

We are using it for SDI and it seems to be just fine.
