Strong and stylish. It even has a lobster claw clasp but that's not really needed since this is long enough to easily slip over my head. Looks like a long sterling silver necklace but made of stainless steel. I wear it for my gym workouts and it's strong enough to handle the roughness.

I’ve only been using it for 3 days but so far it’s working great. As long as it continues to hold up I’m very happy with it and have even gotten a few compliments on it! I ordered 2 and gave one to my friend and she loves it too! I like the fact that the chain is narrow so it doesn’t bother my neck. I don’t need to wear a necklace with it because it’s fashionable and goes with anything I wear. I chose this one because of the retractable key holder and the badge holder

I bought this over a year ago and I loved the comfort, style, and cleanliness of stainless. It finally broke due to accidental misuse, so I ordered the same one. It arrived with the chain broken, so I returned it and got a replacement. After a week of wearing it broke with just a gentle tug of the badge on the reel (like it's supposed to work). I don't have time to keep on dealing with Amazon returns, so I just did a hack repair job (photo attached for reference). The inner ring is the weak point where it didn't used to be a problem. I put both sides of the chain back on the ring and pinched it closed, but it bent open again and broke again. So, I managed to slide the links in the chain over the split ring and it has held so far. It's not ideal because the links aren't big enough to go all the way through 2 parts of the split ring. So I know it will break again. When that happens, I won't buy this one again.

This is practical and more professional looking than my previous work ID badge lanyard. I've been using it for a few months and it's already broken twice when I was taking it on and off. Both times I was able to fix it easily with some needlenose plyers. I'm not that rough on my things so I think it's a quality issue not a user issue. Even with the quality issue, I'm considering getting another color (gold or black) to switch out with my different outfits and jewelry. It's priced about a little bit too high, so I'd probably wait to buy until there is a $1 or $2 discount.

Our workplace implemented badge wearing and gave us lanyards along with the badge. For those that the lanyard doesn't touch the skin (shirts with collars) I guess it isn't bothersome. When I noticed other ladies like me, just wear it to get through the door and then remove it to drop on the desk because it itches the skin, I realized that we all wear necklaces without an issue with our non collar dresses or tops. I saw these lovely lanyards WITH a reel (very important to me) so I bought one. After the compliments on it and finding it so easy and comfortable wearing all day as we are supposed to do, I bought enough for the ladies in my office and presented them with a gift. Now in my office we are all wearing our lanyards all day! Not so in other departments! When asked, I tell them where to find them on the Internet. Thank you for such a beautiful and COMFORTABLE lanyard!

I purchased this badge lanyard after my 10th clip-on badge reel broke. I was very irritated that they were always breaking off or falling off when sitting down. This lanyard is the PERFECT replacement. I have been using this daily for months and I still love it. The only critique is that the metal on the lanyard does get scratched up over time, but it doesn't bother me at all. I always recommend this lanyard to my coworkers as it's stylish and very functional. It's a great length so you can wear other jewelry without it getting in the way. The reel is still fully functional after months of use and makes this lanyard all the better. I highly recommend this lanyard!

I love this lanyard, but this is the third time it’s broken on me. It’s a nice length and beautiful design, but it’s just breaking at the connector point to the retractable end. I thought maybe I accidentally snagged it on something, but after the second time I knew I didn’t. It broke for the second time Tuesday and then the third time today Thursday. I really don’t w at to have to purchase another one, but if it keeps breaking I’m gonna have to.

I wanted something less bulky than the traditional lanyard to hold my work badge and this fit the bill. So far, it seems plenty sturdy despite being delicate in appearance. It retracts easily and smoothly. Fair price too!

I really wanted to love this product from the moment I received it, but I was let down for a couple of reasons. First, the circle I attached my I.D to was centered, but the silver balls or baubles that lay on each side of the circle are not evenly spaced, making it something I could not where. The functionality of the retractable I.D holder and chain work well, but it's the cosmetic aspect that's off putting. The second issue I had was after contacting the company to indicate that due to the misalignment of the silver balls, I would like to exchange it for one that has the silver balls evenly spaced on each side of the main circle, it generated a refund!! Not sure if they even read my comments?? I never received any further correspondence??? I have a I.D. badge holder chain that I've never worn, and a refund??? I wish customer service cared enough to read what I had wanted because today I'd be wearing it each day to work. I work at a complex where thousands of people work. What a missed opportunity for the company!

It says non tangle and that's all it does is get tangled. So frustrating
