Just right for my office. These things are nicely made with plenty of offset from the wall so you can easily add all the hooks/racks/shelves you want. Opinions vary on how to mount them, but I am happy with threaded self-tapping drywall anchors. Note that this means you would need to find the studs in your wall and NOT drill into them. If your studs are spaced at 16-inch intervals (not all are, not matter what Dad told you as a kid about those marks on your measuring tape), once you've found the first one, you're in good shape since these panels are 16 inches wide. I used six mounting holes, leaving the two at the center of the short edges unused. That's enough dry anchor to old over 100 pounds, which I doubt you're going to hang on one of these panels. For ordinary bench tools, this is going to be fine. The black plastic looks great for hiding the scuffs and other blemishes that pegboard accumulate. Mounting was easy. Use a level and the internal stick from a ballpoint pen to mark the holes. Drive your anchors in until flush to the all. Start all six (or eight, if you're a maniac about this sort of thing, like my dad was) screws but DON'T tighten them down until all six are half-way in. This lets you jiggle the panel a wee bit to cope with the fact that your anchors probably didn't go in precisely where you marked the wall. After the first panel, just make each one is flush along the top end (your level helps with this again, but ignore the bubble now, because making tall four parallel is more important than any minute levelling error you made in the first one). I got a rock-solid attachment to the wall from this approach, with no gaps. Absolutely rigid, lined up, and flat. Remember to vacuum up the drywall dust sinking your anchors left on the floor. This are a good deal. I recommend them.

The ONLY reason for the 4 stars is because WallPeg machinists didn't do a nicely finished job with drilling the holes evenly and removing the plastic debris. See my pictures and video. Please do a cleaner job with the machining. I had to pluck out the dangling plastic inside the holes so they don't litter my floor when I put in the baskets and shelving. Nonetheless, let's end on the positives! I bought 4 of these WallPeg brand boards, and 2 smaller boards from a different brand. I've since thrown away both the other brand and purchased 3 more of these from WallPeg!! They are lightweight but VERY sturdy. The size is perfect for anything around your home. The black color is consistent, no patchiness. They are crazy easy to install, which is one of the reasons (among others) that I threw away the other brand I bought–what a freakin' hassle those things were. The screws these WallPeg boards come with are high quality and sturdy, go in easily, but grip tightly and securely. The value for the money is terrific. You need these! Just be prepared to finesse a few of the holes. Very easy to do; no hard labor. Just a little bit time consuming when you've bought quite a few.

Solid, just what I was looking for. Came with good screws, perfect spacing for 16” on center studs . Super solid once mounted. I like that when they sit together, it looks continuous, no funky gaps of the holes

Mounted the 4 pegboards to a 3/8th inch thick plywood with some heavy duty picture mounts to avoid drilling multiple times into my wall. Then I added some led lights all around. Fits all our nerf guns nice and snug. It so nice to have them all organized and easy to access.

You cannot use the peg holes by the edges; there is no hardware to install them (screws & anchors). Other than that, it's a good product

These are fantastic and well built. Installed two for my workbench and an additional one off the side. Mounting is easy and I have no complaints.
