Can i fit my Canon t3i, 18-55mm, 50mm, 55-250mm, AND rode mic in this bag?

I have two of those lenses in my bag and I'm sure you can fit the other one. And I don't know what rode mic you're referring to but I'm pretty sure you can. You can even store two of the smaller lens on the side pockets if you had to.

I have a canon rebel t3i can I leave the 18-55 lens on it and store it in the bag or do I have to remove lens to fit in bag?

You can, by rearranging the dividers, but, it won't leave a lot of space for other lenses. IF you have more lenses to take with you, then I would spring for the Canon 200DG instead. It has more interior space and more storage pouches too. My bag I have the camera with a 18-135mm lens mounted face down, flash 580ex in, a 50-250mm, and I has the same to hold about 2 more comfortably inside on the outside pocket I have the charging cable with extra battery a day in other pocket I have cleaning kit I think with the 5 lenses would be pushing it I say 3 more realistic depending on size
