Definitely yes. It will remove that paint, if scrubbed hard. Use something soft and take off layer by layer. Then you should be fine.

I don think this product is for that. I would go with oven cleaner.

Can it be used as a stripper on wood?

No because it has no color so it will dry up on the wood

will this get paint off my carpet in backseat of my truck?

I can't tell you and I only have used it to remove spray paint on concrete. I don't think this is made for any type of fabric or rugs. Go to You Tube and get some ideas in removing paint off carpet.
