Will these extend past sheet protectors in a binder?

No they do not extend. Now I have to buy new ones.

Do they come in just one pack of 8 tabs?

I love these dividers. You are getting 48 tabbed dividers. But they are separated in the package by sets, which is great for organizing. They come in a package of six individually wrapped tabs of eight.

What length are each of the tabs?

Each tab is 1 1/2 inch long. I use my labe maker to make labels for each tab.

Can I buy extra white stick labels for these dividers?

Do not know. You would have to check out the advertisement page for the dividers and see if you can find the manufacturer of the labels and buy more off that information (detailed product info is usually at the bottom of the product page), or search for labels for dividers and see if you get a hit.
