Fit perfectly
I installed this in my 2012 Town and Country. I had replaced the upstream "right" (rear) with a 4545 (that's for all positions EXCEPT the downstream right/rear), and that cleared errors about the upstream sensor. But I continued having errors indicating that the mixture was off. So I decided to also replace the downstream sensor, and that (now a few weeks back) seems to have resolved the issue. I might just have to do the two "left" (front) sensors but those are the 4545's. This one did fit perfectly for the downstream rear position, and it is a slightly different connector.

Denso makes quality sensors and this is no exception. Worked perfectly in the left side, downstream position on my 2012 Ram 1500 Express.

Sometimes the parts
Bought these to replace the ones that I had in my car because I had to change the catalytic converters. Assuming that they were new that they were operate correctly. However, they didn't. One of them wouldn't register properly and I wound up using an older one to replace it. Everything's good now past inspection.

I use Denso O2 sensors on every vehicle I’ve ever owned and I have yet to have to replace one, even after doubling the mileage of the ones they replaced...top quality parts for all makes and models
