ZAGG Slim Book Go Wireless Keyboard Folio Case for Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2018 Version) - Black

I had bought my wife an iPad Pro, she is a quilter & the Pro would help with designs. I found this ZAGG Product, the price was good & reviews were good, so I purchased it. It has been a wonderful addition to the iPad. If I needed another, I would buy this product. The charge really does last as advertised & works well, holding the iPad in a great position for my wife's work.

I wrote a review giving this 3 stars because it wouldn’t stay connected to my IPad Pro more than a day. But after talking to the Awesome Danielle over at zagg customer service, it now stays connected and works flawlessly. Note if you’re using other Bluetooth products like headphones, when you disconnect them you will have to power off and power on IPad before using keyboard again. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product and would buy again.

I've had about 5 Zagg ipad keyboard cases over the years. I love the old school Rugged Book for the older Ipad Air 2. If they would just make that same style for the newer iPad Pros, that would be awesome. I've had 2 of the Rugged Book Go's for my iPad Pro. The stand broke off of the back on both of them. So this time I tried the Slim Book Go. This one's definitely different from the Rugged Book. The keyboard is lighter and thinner and not as rugged (to be understood). The case that holds the iPad Pro is fine, not as much silicone around it, more of a hard shell but definitely ample protection. The stand on the back feels like it's just slightly larger overall than on the Rugged Book Go, but I can tell you still need to open it from the middle of the stand, or with hands on both sides to open it evenly so it doesn't snap one of the hinges. I think if they added a third hinge in the middle, or even two in the middle that would help. The only other thing I don't love is that the apple pencil 2 fits inside the case using a slot with a light magnet, but it doesn't feel super secure. And you have to move it to the other side (the outside) to charge it. Not a big deal, but if it could stay on the charger, that would help. The keyboard itself is great. It's comfortable to use and the keys have a good feel to them. Overall I'm happy with it for the price I paid and would recommend it if you're looking for good protection with a keyboard at a good price.

This. Is. The. Greatest. Thing. Ever. Talk about a boost in productivity. I love how the case and keyboard can be separated and the keyboard still works! And you know what’s crazy? The keyboard only has to be charges about once a year! It’s a bit on the heavy side, but what it lacks in lightness, it makes up for in durability and protectiveness. I love this thing!

Purchased in July 2019, but I rarely used it. It literally just sat on the shelf for most of the year, as I used a separate case with my iPad Pro 11”. Two weeks ago - in early Feb 2020, I put it on finally. It seemed sturdy enough, and just like all the other negative reviews - one of the “clamps” of the stand snapped. I was opening the stand from the closed position, and heard a loud snap - I was barely using ANY force. I looked, and sure enough, it was broken. With the other side still ok, it can still work, but it requires much less force to fall back down. I read those reviews, but the keyboard is really nice - so I purchased it anyway. Trust your instincts and these reviews about it breaking easily. It’s too expensive to be this brittle. *UPDATE* July 2020: I still hate it. I wish I could give negative stars

This is easily my favorite iPad case because of the keyboard and overall design, but it comes with a significant durability issue. I have owned four of these cases since 2020, and every single one has failed in the same spot. The hinges that hold up the iPad eventually break off after about two years of regular use. While I love the functionality enough to keep rebuying it, I cannot give it a perfect score when the mechanical components fail so consistently. It is a great case while it lasts, but be prepared for it to wear out.

This case is perfect for my 11” iPad Pro, it’s light but yet durable. I love how keys feels when typing and it fit the iPad like a glove. The storage area for the Apple Pencil is ideal, plus the fact that I can detach it is brilliant!

I had another case with a more physical hinge but it broke twice (got 2 for some reason). I like that this has more magnets but it’s easier to hinge. I’m hoping that means it won’t break as easily. I like to use my iPad for working out and typing on, so I need it to hinge in different angles.

Needed to replace my worn iPad case and thought I’d get a keyboard this time. I saw this discounted and thought, for about a hundred bucks off ($37) why not? This case is SOLID. Tight fitting, very robust with good cutouts. Keyboard attaches and detaches in 1 second. The pencil tray makes it easy to hold without touching the screen. The support stand is awesome, holds it any position(landscape) you put it in. What’s not to like.

The keyboard is not too cramp, it is better than my expectation. However once in a while it is disconnected from ipad due to bluetooth connectivity, thus need to wait for a few seconds to wake up or press power button. A bit thick, but provides good protection from fall

La textura del teclado es muy agradable, se puede desprender de la carátula, lo cual lo hace práctico. La cubierta de la carátula tiene una base para poder inclinarla los grados que se requieran y cuesta una tercera parte de lo que cuesta la del proveedor original, que ademas es menos resistente.
