Can this product be used on a Citron Cockatoo?

I think so but you'd probably be better to ask your vet. I have used it for my parakeet and my cockatiels. It saved my parakeet's life! It seems to be suitable for all birds.

How you can use for canary????

For bantam chickens I warm the VetRx by putting the bottle in a glass of hot water. Then I put a drop under each wing so they breathe it when they put their head under their wings. and I rub it on the beak. I would think the same would work for a canary. I have also put ION (water treatment. http://www.urbanhomemaker.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=2638) in their water and sprayed colloidal silver into their mouth twice daily. I just got a rooster better in 2 days with the ION and silver. No VetRx on that one. He was gasping and eyes running. BTW, I use ION and Colloidal Silver when I feel a cold coming on and it works great for avoiding getting sick. 20 drops ION in a glass of water and 4 or 5 squirts of silver in my mouth. Two or three times a day. Probably 5 drops of ION in canary water. 1 squirt silver in the mouth.
