The WHELEN VERTEX Super LED light includes the unit, with about 10' of cabling. You supply the vehicle, installation labor, and any required tools, wiring and switches as necessary to install. The installer either programs the flash pattern when installing OR can optionally install a secondary momentary contact switch in the cab in order to be able to change patterns 'on the fly'. It's all laid our on the installation instructions.
