I’ve been taking these capsules for around a year for low vitamin D levels. I like these capsules because they are vegetarian (no gelatin) and they have a simple, clear ingredient list. Dr said I am vitamin D deficient and said I needed to take a supplement. I started taking these a month ago and honestly it's too early to say if my levels are where they need to be however, I do notice I no longer have stiff shoulder and neck muscles. So, could be due to this vitamin OR since I started sleeping without a pillow! Anyway, I would recommend this product. Great value for the 6 month supply!
