Change the fuse in the plug adapter or it won’t work
When I first plugged this in, one flash and then nothing. Tried another adapter plug, one flash and nothing. Hubby had an idea and checked the fuse in the plug adapter and it was only 1amp which was too low and blowing straight away. Hubby changed it for a 10amp fuse and it worked straight away. It’s a shame as most people won’t have the different fuses to change them. Once working it was amazing, highly recommend. I have thick hair and it straightened within 5 minutes!

You still have to change the adapter, as its EU. Rither you have to get a converter or change the plug.

Doesn't say this in the product description but this item comes with an EU plug and is unusable in the UK. I will be requesting a refund.

Did not work for me
It’s a nice item, I used it in India but when purchased in the uk it did not even work. Maybe it was just a faulty item. But I know it’s lovely as I used in India

Diese Glättbürste ist super ! Ich habe sehr widerspenstiges Haar, welches immer aufgeladen ist oder kraus. Die Bürste heizt schnell auf und hat drei Stufen; ich benutze immer die mittlere und bekomme damit ein perfektes Ergebnis. Die Haare sind danach wirklich schön glatt! Sie ist super praktisch, es geht schnell und es ist total einfach. (Ich komme mit einem Glätteisen nicht zurecht) Ich brauche für meinen Kopf nur 10 Minuten bei schulterlangem Haar und habe wirklich alle Locken glatt bekommen. Man kann es auch mal schnell früh nutzen, einfach durch kämmen um das Haar besser zu bändigen, wenn es wieder in alle Richtungen absteht. Das Design gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Sie ist schick und robust. Das Kabel für die Steckdose hat auch eine passende Länge. Und man kann sich NICHT an der Bürste verbrennen ! Qualität top ! Preis Leistung ebenfalls! Schneller Versand, war am nächsten Tag da und wurde sofort ausgetestet ! Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Pronta in meno di un minuto, toglie velocemente il crespo ai capelli, non brucia e non danneggia i capelli come una piastra ed il filo non si arriccia mai girando la spazzola mentre ci si pettina. Buon prodotto!
