First off, let's get this out of the way. I love my Mama very much!!! :)With that being said, both of us do just about all of our shopping for every birthday and Christmas gift we buy for everyone we know. I don't know what we'd do without Amazon Prime!We each have a Wish List and use it regularly as a placeholder for items we'd like; either to buy ourselves or for others to get for us if they so choose.I wanted to get Mama something that wasn't on her Wish List for Mother's Day so I started looking...When I came across this music box/jewelry box, I actually thought it was probably too good to be true for the price, but decided to take a chance on it.I sure am glad I did! She loves it! It sits right next to the chair she sits in to watch TV in her bedroom on her nightstand. She actually uses it!That by itself says she loves it because as much as I love her, she isn't the easiest person to buy for. She'd never tell you anything other than she "Loves" everything you buy her, but the way you truly know is if you never see it again after giving it to her. :)Anyway, I see this every time I walk through the door to her bedroom and I know she loves it.The box was actually a bit bigger than I thought it would be and the music box is actually a bit louder and higher quality than I thought it would be.I didn't know what to expect as far as quality as I don't normally purchase items like this, but was very impressed with the joinery, the frame, and the insert.The finish is very nice, too!This would make a wonderful gift for anyone's Mother, and I highly recommend it!

Great product! Value for the money!

Had this sent to my mom for Mother's Day, and she absolutely loved it! She said it was her favorite music box melody, and my sister said her eyes teared up when she read it. She showed it to me when I went to see her, and I told her she could add a picture or any thing she wanted in the top of it, and she said, "Why would I want to change it?" Thank you Amazon for your usual excellent transaction!

My mother has alot of jewlery, and I usually find it it all manner of places in her room and bathroom, so this was not only a very nice and stylish gift as it can be put basically anywhere and look really nice, but it's also practical. It plays a sweet little tune when you open the lid which makes it that more nice. There's even a little clip inside on the inner lid where I put a photo of the two of us.She loves the box, and I'd definitely recommend to my fellow mama's boys/girls out there.

This is a very small box. It's very cute, and still makes a good gift, but it's not going to hold more than a couple of rings. I bought it for my mother who loved that it played music - which is very clear and LOUD. I would still recommend it just be advised it's not much of a jewelry box.

Great decoration for any mom's home.

I ordered this for my mom, but was somewhat disappointed. The music sounds very "tinny", and the wood is not of a very high quality. The lid is actually like a photo frame, and the "Mom" graphics are just printed on a paper inserted under the glass. But the cover conveys my sentiments, which is really what I was looking for here.

It came in a day earlier than the said date. I was so excited, I asked if my Mom would open it three days early. :) She opened it and began to be teary-eyed. It's a good quality music box, beautiful, and nice. :) It's a song that I play on the piano a lot, so it was perfect. I love it so, so, so much! :-D Thank you!
