Pretty good
Product as described when arrived . The one lid was broken when I received it but it’s fine, probably could have used better shipping material to avoid the breakage. I’ve used this brand before but for some reason this stuff takes hair off unevenly. I still have patches of hair , which I’m not used to. Maybe the formula has changed .

Easy to use! I have to leave it on a little longer than 10 min for my legs but otherwise super easy to use.

No wax for me
I absolutely love this product, just not the smell. I've never been a big fan of shaving, takes too long. The pain of waxing is too unbearable and that's why I rub this lotion on, get in the shower and let the hair wash off. I use it to neaten my eyebrows, rid sideburns and lip hair with no problem.

It’s not good
Patchy got rid of my leg and arm hair a bit but burned my underarms and parts of my leg but it did remove most of the hair on my legs and arms don’t remove a thing on my under arms
